Control how the PDF export is generated (frontpage, page breaks, margins, fonts,etc)

It would be good to have the ability to control some of the settings that influence the generation of the PDF when exporting a plan.

In no particular order:

- Add a front page image / background colour
- Change the fonts used
- Add page breaks after each section
- Page numbers
- Any other settings related to processing the content
