Allow moving default widgets between sections.

At times, the default section structure is not what you want to reflect so you may want to move some default widgets to another section. There seem to be no way to do that other than creating a new text widget and moving the content. However that action does not bring over the help/suggestion that the widget may have come with originally.

Solution: Categorize those "default" widgets and allow to assign "type of Smart Text" from a list of default widgets + Empty.
